Today I ran 5miles in 59:22, 3 incline

4.80miles 5mph
0.15miles 7mph
0.05miles 8mph

Having 7 years of debilitating injuries and chronic pain, I am still terrified something is going to go wrong - but I’m gonna ride it out as long as I can

So thankful for and Dr. Korth for helping me through all of this

Also, running is so boring 😭😆 So I’ve been watching a lot of shows - I’ve gone through Vox Machina, The Mighty Nein, Zack Snyders Twilight of the Gods, Fallout, and now I’m on Castlevania

Last weekend had a great time seeing my buddy out in Topeka - been too long man great to see ya
