Hey Guys Welcome to my page, I started making Custom tumblers pens about a year ago and just expanded to doing badge reels/ badge buddies as well as Epoxy gifts, shirts. Process time for cups is 2-3 weeks, payment is due at the time the cup is ordered, I do send pictures to get approvals of fonts or images, at this time I do not give refunds, I do however offer replacements if a badge reel or key chain breaks
