Encompass provided owners representation from concept to completion for a multimillion dollar project to the Seneca Buffalo Creek Casino overseeing the construction for the new build of a 67,000 SF Casino and 62,000 SF 4-Story Parking Ramp. The casino amenities included the gaming floor, sports bar, restaurant, cafe and supporting back-of-house space. The project included construction activities ranging from demolition, site/civil, building envelope, building infrastructure, interior construction, and installation of owners fixtures, furnishings and equipment to meet the owner’s operational needs.
