I'm Douglas Fenner, Founder & Instructor at CDF Training.

With over 20 years of experience in the oil & gas and industrial safety industries, I've had the privilege of helping people develop the knowledge, confidence, and skills they need to work safely and effectively.

I started CDF Training because I wanted to build the kind of training company I wish existed when I entered the industry—one that prepares people for the real world, not just the test.

One thing I tell every student is:

"Your certificate may open the door, but preparation, understanding, and never being afraid to ask why are what make you a safer professional."

Last week, CDF Training had the opportunity to conduct quantitative respirator fit testing for their firefighters, and we couldn't have asked for a better group to work with.
