119 pounds ➡️190 pounds

A lot of chicken, rice, steak, ground turkey, eggs, oatmeal , water, and protein shakes later.

Still have 12 more weeks to put on more tissue (hopefully not anymore fat lol) then we get shredded to the freakin bone.
I put in alot of work to get here as I’m naturally just not a big eater as you can see before lol BUT I give all the glory to God for blessing me and giving me the strength to execute my goals🙏
