If youβre planning on heading downtown tomorrow to watch the fireworks, make sure you know where to park, and what the safety zone rules require.
π΄ Most event parking is located on the downtown side of the river.
π΄ Some downtown garages (Edison, High Tower, and ProMedica) will be held post-fireworks until pedestrian traffic clears.
π΄ Skip the parking hassle and take the $3 TARTA shuttle from Franklin Park Mall to Downtown Toledo.
π΄ Parking and vehicle access on the East Side of the river will be extremely limited. Glass City Metroparks β Downriver will be open for walk-in traffic only during the fireworks
A special event zone is in place for both sides of the river, including Promenade and Glass City Metropark. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or other designated adult older than 21. Review the safety zone and rules using the link in the comments. β¬οΈ
