Over the Rainbow Early Learning Center uses The Creative Curriculum for Infants, Toddlers and Preschool, a theory and research based curriculum which is aligned with Ohio’s Early Learning Content Standards. Children learn through a variety of methods and learning centers each day.

The staff at Over the Rainbow is highly trained and qualified, as many teachers possess college degrees in Early Childhood. All teachers participate in ongoing in-service classes such as First Aid, CPR, Communicable Diseases, and Child Abuse Prevention, and effective classroom practice.
