I build to the best of my Ability. My time is spent in Finding the Kits & related parts to Build. Research of drawings & pictures. I normally Charge $12 to $20 a hour for my Labor. Depending on Dificulty of Build Some of my Kits I build have taken 6 months to Build. That is working at least 5 days a week 6 to 8 hours a day. Since The Museums & my Children have expressed no Interest in my Vast Collection? It will be up to them for disposal when I am Pushing up Daisy's.

Not doing any building since the doctors & VA don't know the difference between between Leukemia, old age & side effects. Then loosing my vision & holding small parts. If plastic was magnetic? I could pick up the fallen parts. I have a couple magnets in my tool box for working on my vehicles. Don't have to get down on floor crawling around like in my model building.
I found a couple of the old MARX company doll houses & Gas Stations at Goodwill. Make great suburban firehouses. Almost perfect 1/25 scale. If you are into smaller 1/32 scale fire apparatus. Goodwill have many of the Aerial ladders & Snorkels some other dicasts. I all ready have all of them except for the Seagrave Tiller. Check them out.
