🎉 Congratulations to our newest OhioRISE Intensive Training graduates!

Please join us in celebrating our Outer County OhioRISE Care Coordinators, Steven Culbertson, Amber Jones, and Samantha McMonigal, on successfully completing OhioRISE Intensive Training. Pictured with OhioRISE Directors Cassie Walker and Catashia Haskins, these dedicated team members have invested additional time and effort to strengthen their skills in serving youth and families throughout our communities.

OhioRISE (Ohio Resilience through Integrated Systems and Excellence) is a specialized program designed to help youth with complex behavioral health needs and their families navigate services and supports. Through care coordination, family-driven planning, and collaboration across systems, OhioRISE helps connect families to the resources they need to thrive.

By completing this intensive training, Steven, Amber, and Samantha have further strengthened their ability to advocate for families, coordinate services, and help youth achieve meaningful goals at home, in school, and in their communities.

This quarter, Unison Health's School-Based Program team continued to provide support, guidance, and hope to students across our community.

This summer, students will participate in groups focused on emotional regulation, social skills, confidence building, behavioral growth, and peer connection—along with fun community experiences like the Toledo Zoo, Metroparks, Imagination Station, Mud Hens Summer Series, bowling, and more.
