Every trip to the garden is a reminder that the best meals begin long before they reach the kitchen. They begin with healthy soil, sunshine, patience, and gratitude. Some of today's herbs will be used fresh, while others will be dried so we can enjoy a little taste of summer all year long.
There is something incredibly peaceful about growing your own food, harvesting it with your own hands, and sharing it with the people you love.
