Service and reliability are at the core of what we do. Thanks to the support of our City Commission, we are upgrading our fleet with two brand-new Type 1 4x4 ambulances. These units are a major step forward in replacing our aging reserve equipment and will play a critical role in our mission to provide elite Advanced Life Support care to our neighbors. We expect the new units to arrive in early 2027.

We appreciate our Commission's partnership in helping us stay ready to serve!

This morning, Three Rivers Fire Department was dispatched to a residential structure fire in the 100 block of Portage Avenue, along with our auto aid partners from Fabius-Park Fire Department and Centreville Fire Department.

Crews arrived to find smoke and fire showing from a second-floor window. Firefighters quickly deployed an attack line and were able to bring the fire under control, containing it to the room of origin.

Thankfully, all residents were able to evacuate safely, and no injuries were reported.

This incident serves as an important reminder of the value of working smoke detectors. The home's smoke alarms alerted the family to the fire, giving them the critical time needed to escape safely.

We would like to thank our auto aid partners for their assistance and teamwork on this incident.
