You may have heard that you need 20% down to close on a home.. While it does have it's advantages - its not true! You can put down as little as 3.5%.

There are also many First Time Home Buyer Programs, Closing Assistance, Zero Down Payment Options as well (if you qualify) to help you Buy a Home.
