At Reaching HOPE, we believe that change starts at home.

Our vision is to protect future generations by empowering today's families to break the cycle of violence and build safe, peaceful communities together.

Every family we support, every child who feels seen, and every parent who finds their strength is a step toward a world where the next generation grows up free from fear.

That's the hope we are reaching for. And we are grateful to have a community that believes in it too.

Friday the 13th? We say it's your lucky day. πŸ€

Forget the superstitions! This Friday, March 13th we are flipping the script. Because at Reaching Hope, we believe that no matter what day it is, there is always room for hope, healing, and a fresh start.

Sometimes all it takes is one conversation, one resource, or one person in your corner to turn things around. That is what we are here for. So today, take it as a sign. Reach out, lean in, and know that brighter days are ahead.

What is something good that happened to you today? Share it below and let's spread some hope! πŸ‘‡βœ¨

Parenting is one of the most important and challenging roles there is. At Reaching Hope, we believe that mental wellness starts at home.

Here are a few simple tips to support your child's mental and emotional wellbeing:
1. Create a safe space to talk. Let your child know their feelings are always welcome.
2. Stay connected. Quality time does not have to be elaborate. Even 10 minutes of undivided attention goes a long way.
3. Know the signs. Changes in mood, sleep, or behavior can be early indicators that your child may need extra support. Trust your instincts.
4. Ask for help when you need it. You do not have to navigate this alone. Reaching Hope is here for you and your family.

You are doing better than you think. πŸ™

The numbers speak for themselves. Here's the impact Reaching Hope made in 2025 through our Co-Responders Program.

When mental health meets community, real change happens. This past year, we showed up on the scene, in the community, and alongside law enforcement to make sure no one had to face a crisis alone.
Here's what that looked like:
πŸ’™ 120+ on-scene crisis support sessions
πŸ’™ 110 community members who received crisis support
πŸ’™ 295 community members who received case management support
πŸ’™ 50+ police officers trained with the Reaching Hope curriculum
πŸ’™ 120+ collaborations with police officers

None of this would be possible without the trust and support of our community and the officers who walk alongside us every day. Together, we are changing the way mental health crises are handled with compassion, dignity, and care. Here's to more impact in 2026. πŸ™
