The primary response district of the North Area Technical Rescue Team spans into parts of five counties (Adams, Boulder, Broomfield, Jefferson and Weld) covering roughly 450 square miles. We protect a population of over 700,00 residents on a daily basis. Currently, the four main disciplines of focus are rope rescue, confine space, trench rescue and structural collapse. We are also capible to perform heavy extrication, industrial machinery/ farm equipment rescue and large animal rescue.
