Job Title: Lead Software Engineer (Full Stack Java)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer with expertise in Full Stack Java development to join our team in Charlotte, NC. As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale web applications within the financial domain.

Key Responsibilities:

◾️Utilize Java Framework, particularly Spring Boot, for large-scale web application development.
◾️Develop and maintain frontend components using JavaScript, React, Angular (preferably Angular 10+), Bootstrap, CSS, and HTML.
◾️Implement secure SDLC methodologies throughout the development process.
◾️Write and debug complex SQL Stored Procedures in Microsoft SQL Server.
◾️Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
◾️Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

Requirements:

◾️7+ years of experience in large-scale web application development using Java Framework such as Spring Boot.
◾️5+ years of experience with Angular (preferably Angular 10+).
◾️3+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, T-SQL, and writing/debugging complex SQL Stored Procedures.
◾️3+ years of experience with JavaScript, AJAX, XML, HTML, or CSS.
◾️5+ years of experience with secure SDLC methodologies.
◾️2+ years of object-oriented experience.
◾️1+ years of Jenkins experience.

Nice to Have:

◾️Previous banking/finance experience, especially with Wells Fargo.
◾️3+ years of experience with Tanzu (PCF - Pivotal Cloud Foundry) PAAS.
◾️3+ years of GitHub experience.

‼️ Data Engineers – (3 positions)‼️

Roles and Responsibilities:

◾️You are detailed reviewing and analyzing structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data sources for quality, completeness, and business value.
◾️You design, architect, implement, and test rapid prototypes that demonstrate value of the data and present them to diverse audiences.
◾️You participate in early state design and feature definition activities.
◾️Responsible for implementing robust data pipeline using Microsoft, Databricks Stack
◾️Responsible for creating reusable and scalable data pipelines.
◾️You are a Team-Player, collaborating with team members across multiple engineering teams to support the integration of proven prototypes into core intelligence products.
◾️You have strong communication skills to effectively convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
◾️You have an experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Critical Skills to Possess:
◾️Advanced working knowledge and experience with relational and non-relational databases.
◾️Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, data modeling, and database management systems (DBMS)
◾️Experience building and optimizing Big Data pipelines, architectures, and datasets.
◾️Strong analytic skills related to working with structured and unstructured datasets.
◾️Experience in Python, Kubernetes, Azure, Snowflake, CI/CD
◾️Strong proficiency in data analysis, manipulation, and statistical modeling using tools like Spark, Python, Scala, SQL, or similar languages.
◾️Strong experience in Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Event Hub, Azure Synapse.
◾️Azure DevOps experience to deploy the data pipelines through CI/CD.

‼️QA Automation Engineer‼️

5-7 years of experience testing web-based e-commerce applications, work in collaboration with product and engineering teams to deliver products with high- quality

◾️Automation experience using Selenium or other Ul testing tools with Java/Python language.
◾️Understands requirements clearly and can draft test cases, has good verbal and written communications.
◾️Understand scrum practices.
◾️Drives testing in all phases starting from requirements gathering to test data to debugging issues to finishing up testing.
◾️Continuous script development and maintenance to support new features developed to enhance the product.
