Forget you

You know you’ve been deeply hurt…
…when REMEMBERING still hurts.

Not because you’re weak.
Not because you’ve failed.
But because some wounds take longer to heal than others.

There are pains you don’t talk about anymore.

You smile.
You move forward.
You tell everyone you’re okay.

Yet all it takes is a memory, a familiar place, or someone’s name…

And suddenly, your heart feels heavy again.

Maybe that’s where you are today.

Friend, remember this:

God isn’t disappointed that you’re still healing.

*He knows every tear you’ve cried.
*He knows every silent battle you’ve fought.
*He knows that forgiveness is easier to say than it is to live.

That’s why He doesn’t ask you to heal on your own.

HE INVITES YOU TO BRING YOUR PAIN TO HIM.

One prayer.
One surrender.
One day at a time.

So if forgiveness feels impossible today…

Don’t force yourself to have all the answers.

Just begin with this simple prayer:

“Lord, help me forgive… even when I still remember the pain.”

Healing may not happen overnight.

But every time you choose to place your hurt into God’s hands instead of holding onto bitterness, your heart takes another step toward freedom.

And one day, you’ll realize…

“THE MEMORY MAY STILL EXIST.
BUT IT NO LONGER HAS THE POWER TO CONTROL YOUR HEART.”
