Eva Johnson brings four years of heartfelt experience to The Emmanuel Collective, but her story started long before she picked up a brush. Her love for hair was born in her Nana’s home salon — the place where she spent countless childhood days watching her grandmother work, learning what beauty, care, and connection truly looked like. From pin curls to long conversations, Nana planted a seed in Eva’s heart… and she’s been nurturing that calling ever since.

At TEC, Eva finds more than a workplace — she finds her people. The girls she works with have become a true second family. The laughter, the deep talks in the back room, the everyday moments of sisterhood… those are the parts of her day she treasures most.

Her favorite part about TEC is the genuine sisterhood and peaceful atmosphere that makes every day feel purposeful.
