Hello everyone!
We wanted to let you all know that we are in full swing here at Island Pools.Everyone on our team is being EXTRA careful and feels good! We are even allowed to have one person at a time in our retail store, as long as they are wearing a mask.
Hopefully everyone is safe and not going too crazy being stuck at home, and if you need anything at all from us, we are here!

A Letter to Our Community:



First thing, we hope everybody is being safe and being very careful! We, at Island Pools, are taking every precaution to try to play our part in helping to eradicate the Covid-19 virus. This is a global situation and the effects will be felt by everybody in some shape or form.



We understand the importance of the simple joys in life, and with the beautiful weather rolling in, along with most of us being confined to our homes, we know that people will want to have the ability to use their swimming pools.



While we are not able to go about business as we normally would, we are still allowed to perform certain tasks, so long as we comply with public health standards.



Going forward:

-we will be opening and servicing pools and spas

-we will be delivering chemicals to our customers

-our office and retail store will be closed, but we will be working remotely and can still be reached 7 days a week by phone and email (we check voicemails throughout the day)

-all of our crews will be equipped with gloves and will thoroughly wash down any equipment used to service your pool

-our crew members will not enter your homes and will adhere to recommended social distancing of 6 feet

-any of our crew members who feel ill or have been exposed to persons with Covid-19 will be sent home



Lastly, please be patient and understand we will be doing everything within our power to make sure that everyone is happy as well as safe! We don’t know how long this may continue, but we do know that we will be here to serve our community as best as we can!
