Are you a relationship-builder, community connector, & marketing professional with a passion for serving seniors? Mercy House Temple is looking for an enthusiastic, driven, & compassionate Community Marketing Coordinator to help us grow our mission & make a difference in the lives of seniors & their families every day‼️

🌟 What You’ll Do:
✔ Build meaningful community partnerships
✔ Network & develop referral relationships
✔ Generate leads & support occupancy growth
✔ Plan & promote exciting community events
✔ Increase brand awareness throughout the Temple, Belton, Harker Hts. & Killeen area
✔ Analyze market trends & competitor activity
✔ Maintain strong organizational & reporting practices

📌 QUALIFICATIONS:
• Healthcare experience REQUIRED (Assisted Living & Memory Care preferred)
• 2–4 years of sales & marketing experience
• Strong communication & relationship-building skills
• Community outreach & networking experience
• Self-motivated, organized, & goal-oriented
