The Spaghetti Warehouse opened in 1972 in an abandoned pillow factory in the West End — and it wasn’t just a restaurant. It was an experience. Antiques covering every wall. Tiffany lamps. An original Dallas trolley car parked right in the middle of the dining room. And a booth made from the actual headboard of Stephen F. Austin’s bed.
For 47 years, generations of Dallas families celebrated birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, and first dates under that roof.
It closed in 2019. And if you know, you know exactly what was lost. 🍝🤠
