Unfortunately, the forecast has not changed and it still shows heavy rain moving in around the 11:00-12:00 hour and sticking around.

As hard as it is for us to make the call to not open for the day, it’s even harder to cook a lot of money in product and let it go to waste and take the loss.

We finally have a chance to catch our breath so here is an afternoon update for yall!

Here’s what’s left:

-2 pounds of brisket
-3 racks of ribs
-4 half chickens
-1 pound of turkey
-2 banana puddings
