What is yours favorite season? Mine is fall. I love pumpkins and leaves and the chilly weather, and soup!

Overnight oats after a rough, very long day is just the thing I needed in my life.

Watching some doing those insta ads. For someone like me who does not do the whole buy a crap ton of stuff thing, I love these videos lol.

Whipped up some face serum this morning. This stuff is a serious lifesaver for my skin!! I have blotchy red, dry skin and it is horrible! 😭😱 to deal with the horrible skin I have a simple routine:

every day, the first thing I do is wash my face. I will exfoliate on days when my skin is extra dry then use a gentil cleanser. Clean skin is a must!

Because my skin is so irritated, I will follow up with a small amount of fractuonated coconut oil and a couple drops of peppermint essential oil. Peppermint is cooling and help tone the skin! Just don't get too close to your eyes!

Once my skin has soaked this mixture up, we get to my magic face serum!

30 drops Frankincense: this is called the kind of oils. It is so amazing in so many ways. One of those ways is skin! Frank reduces redness, and irritation. It also has an anti-aging effect!!
12 drops Lavender: lavender is a super calming oil. On skin, it reduces irritation and redness, it also treats acne and dry skin! Additionally, it helps increase circulation!
9 drops Copaiba: copaiba has many amazing uses, on the skin it promotes a clear and smooth complexion, as well as reducing blemished.
9 drops Ylang Ylang: Ylang-Ylang acts as a moisturizer in this blend. It also stimulates cell growth which means replacing those dead skin cells with healthy new cells.

I mix this in a 2 oz amber dropper bottle and fill the remainder of the space with fractionated coconut oil.

This stuff kicks some serious butt treating my skin!
