What a beautiful weekend at MCC! Our weekend began with our Women’s Bible Study, “Even the smallest mustard seed of faith can move mountains” with Sisters’ Grace, Emma, Sarah and Maranda. We were encouraged to trust God with even the smallest measure of faith, knowing He can do impossible things through hearts that believe.

On Sunday, we welcomed back Bro. Abram Hoffman. He brought a powerful message, “Hope in the Potter’s Hands,” out of Jeremiah 18:1-6.

Our children also enjoyed a special time of learning as they created their own representations of the cross, growing in their understanding of Christ’s love in a creative way ✝️.

What a fun evening of appreciation of some of our Children’s Ministry staff! We thank God for a weekend filled with His Word, worship, fellowship, and lives being shaped by His hands.

Discipleship is more than sharing information; it’s sharing life. Jesus didn’t simply teach His disciples; He walked with them, loved them, corrected them, and equipped them. He invited them to His table, fed them with truth, and then sent them out to make disciples of others.

As believers, we are called to do the same. We welcome others with grace, nourish them with God’s Word, encourage them in their faith, and help them grow into mature followers of Christ. The goal isn’t for people to depend on us forever, but to become rooted in Christ so they can, in turn, disciple someone else.
“And the things that you have heard from me among many witnesses, commit these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.” 2 Timothy 2:2

God is in the business of transformation. He doesn’t simply improve our old life, He gives us a new heart. Through His grace, He removes hearts hardened by sin, disappointment, fear, or pain and replaces them with hearts that desire to know Him, love Him, and obey His Word.

No matter what your past holds, God can make you new. He changes our desires, renews our minds, and fills us with His Spirit so we can walk in His ways. The transformation He begins on the inside will be seen on the outside through a life marked by faith, love, and obedience.

If you’ve been praying for change, remember that true transformation begins with surrender. Allow God to shape your heart daily as you spend time in His presence. The same God who promised a new heart is faithful to complete the work He has started in you.
