My experience with Watus has been fantastic. I’ve been attending sessions at Unfair Advantage for about six weeks now, including two sessions with him personally, and I walked in not knowing what to expect. At the time, I could barely lift 5 lb dumbbells, but with the support and guidance from Watus, his team, and even the other attendees, I’ve gained a much better understanding of what I’m capable of.I was intimidated to start working out again, but the semi-private setting made it comfortable for me to ease back into fitness without feeling judged or out of place. Everyone is at different fitness levels, which made the environment feel supportive and welcoming.I’ve already noticed an increase in both my strength and confidence, which is something I’ve struggled with for a while. Watus is knowledgeable, patient, and takes the time to explain each exercise while making sure your form is correct. I leave each session feeling stronger, more motivated, and proud of the progress I’m making.
