Arizona Farms Cheese

Ever popular in the Midwest, "cheese curds" are a young form of cheddar cheese,( before it is aged or pressed into block). When fresh they will squeak when you bite into them, hence the nickname "squeaky cheese". Try quesadillas, enchiladas or put them into your burritos. Another favorite if deep fried cheese curds, yummm.
