Set on the hillside of Jerome, this former mining storage building has been transformed into a warm, meditative home filled with history and character. Photographer Mark Lipczynsky captures the space with moody interiors, rich textures, and soft light that highlight the home’s layered design and authentic warmth. His images reflect both the soul of the space and the personality of the homeowner who brought it back to life.

The Villagio Tile & Stone showroom in Scottsdale spans 10,000 square feet and is designed as a series of “villages” showcasing natural stone, porcelain, mosaics, and large-format tile. Thoughtfully curated vignette spaces and collaborative work areas make sourcing seamless for designers and clients alike. Guided by founders Olsen and Tidwell, Villagio has become a go-to resource for the design community thanks to its unique materials, responsive service, and designer-focused approach.

Designed by David Dick, this upside-down house elevates the main living spaces to maximize mountain views—living room, dining, primary suite, and outdoor areas all float above the landscape. Below, the garage, guest rooms, and pool ground the home. Inside, luxe finishes and bold contrasts frame the scenery, while the elevated pool and lounge create the feeling of floating in the mountains.
