Great review from MarcMyWord... "Can’t say enough positive things about tech specialist Josh and his tenacity in resolving my unique, head-scratching dilemma.
Initially, my 5-yr-old Lenovo laptop was experiencing a “QUERTY” issue (iykyk), and Josh determined that the keyboard had to be replaced. But its replacement was found to be faulty. Once again replaced & tested, the SHIFT key was suddenly causing constant upper-case typing failures as well as add’l gremlin oddities taking control whenever I was using Chrome or Edge. But they stood by their workmanship, Josh figured out the fix: inspect again and perform an OS reload, if necessary. Success! My coveted Lenovo was back to peak performance. I know resolving the cascade of issues was not easy, but Josh stuck with it and persevered, and that made all the difference. Highly recommend!"
