At Absolute HCBS, we provide respite care, habilitation, attendant care, and housekeeping services to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.This week, we are spotlighting our attendant care services.

Attendant Care is an HCBS service that provides assistance with everyday tasks related to hygiene, home management, mobility, and personal health. Examples include bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and other daily activities so individuals can safely remain and thrive in their home.

Pay rates for habilitation providers are as follows:
👉 1 child: $17.55/hr
👉 2 children: $21.76/hr
👉 3 children: $24.69/hr

This is a friendly reminder for all of our providers! Payroll is due tomorrow on Sunday, July 12th, 2026, at midnight. Please ensure that the guardian/designee has approved your shifts by Monday. Pay day will always be on the following Friday. If you are experiencing technical difficulties with SpokeChoice, please email your area manager directly.

In observance of Independence Day, all Absolute HCBS offices are closed today, Friday, July 3rd. We will resume regular business hours on Monday, July 6th. If you need to report an emergency or incident on this date, please call the on-call administrator using the emergency line number.
