Working 12 hour shifts, taking summer classes, regularly waking up at 2:45am. Some days are better than others to say the least. But during the grind, during the tough times, you gotta be able to find some joy in it.

I got a new car, I’m doing pretty good at the gym, I’m playing my saxophone, and I have my friends and family. Life’s good.

Now I just gotta eat right 🫠
