Classes are held via Zoom by Elaina, who has been teaching therapeutic yoga for 20 years 🥰.

⚡️Mondays & Wednesdays 'Zen Weights' 9-10:30 AM AZ 🌵time (a mix of free weights, barre, and therapeutic yoga, for all levels of ability)
⚡️Fridays '26&2' 9-10:30 AM AZ 🌵time (therapeutic yoga for all levels of ability)
FIRST CLASS FREE!
While it’s ideal to eat foods without a label, for ~7 weeks compliment your yoga practice by avoiding 6-12 of the following ingredients in your food and drinks:�(track your days on the calendar sent to you and circle the ingredients you eliminate below)
