10 years ago, R3 Investigations, worked on the so-called Freeway Shooter case that terrorized drivers until the arrest of Leslie Merritt who was accused of domestic terrorism. R3's Christina Dougherty and Jim Rozalewycz worked closely with attorney Jason Lamm to prove that Merritt was innocent.

A&E revisited that case, focusing on how forensics implicated Merritt and how forensics also proved he didn't do it. Jim did a great job representing R3.

We are proud of Christina and Jim's roles in righting a wrong.

R3's Pete Rodriguez reunited a father with his drug-addicted homeless son today. People on the street are difficult to locate, but one our tools is monitoring jail bookings. Inevitably, they are picked up for trespass, shoplifting, illegal "camping," or drug possession. They are usually released back to the streets in a matter of hours, but that gives us a window of opportunity to make contact with them at the jail and persuade them to accept their family's offers of help. That's what happened today. We hope it is a life-changing moment for this young man.
