Humanist Meditation

We’re having another FREE meditation session Saturday, March 21st, at our Tempe meditation center (in person - seats limited) with guided meditations, some tips and how-to's, and interactive discussions about experiences, philosophy, Humanism, and anything else that comes up! The session is from 10:00 am till noon (we start promptly at 10:00!!). Many do tend to go to lunch afterward at a local venue (Jarrod’s Coffee, Tea, and Gallery in Mesa) that is truly wonderful!

The Humanist Meditation studio is accessible to all - including people who can't sit cross-legged on the floor. We provide instruction on how to meditate effectively in various positions. COMFORTABLE chairs are available for all participants.
