Positive thinking is the absence of negative thoughts and emotions or in other words, inner peace. When you are at peace with yourself, you begin to think positively. Did you know that just by practicing relaxation techniques(ie. listening to soothing music or deep breathing) during meditation can help you let go of stress and worrisome thoughts? Well it can! Just by focusing on relaxing a few minutes throughout the day can shift your mind into a positive place.

Practicing words of affirmation daily can help your mind rid negative thoughts, and empower positive ones. The more you practice them, the easier positive thinking will be.

Remember, positivity over negativity, and you will always produce inner peace.

The next session for Zen Lab ™ is this Wednesday (4/6/22). We meet once a week on Wednesdays from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. (MST) on the Zoom platform.

As a result of longitudinal studies in meditative discipline, it is recommended that you commit to a minimum of 8 sessions in order to maximize your potential for ongoing practice and personal growth. However, the minimum of a four-week, PRE-PAID, NON-REFUNDABLE commitment will be required for all participants.
