Well before the 1909 burger was created, this structure has been home to a trading post, livery, auto shop and most notably a bar. During the 70's, the Longbranch Saloon was known as the roughest place in town to get a drink. Locals often stop in and tell stories of brawls and shootings. Our FOH Employee of the Month, Eligio, consistently goes above and beyond to support his team 💪💪💪 and make sure every shift is set up for success. Whether he’s jumping in to help wherever needed or helping maintain a cleaner and smoother restaurant environment, his work ethic and positive attitude do not go unnoticed 🙌.
Representing the BOH team, Irma has been absolutely crushing it in the kitchen with her focus, consistency, and dedication 🙏. She always keeps her station prepared and ready to go, helping keep everything running efficiently behind the scenes 👏👏👏 .
