Real Estate Agents, please make sure your escrow holder handles mobile homes, before opening an escrow. So many times I get mobile home escrows where the previous escrow did not do the mobile transfer. When I call them to ask about the transfer, they say "we don't handle mobile homes". If you don't know ask. There are several escrow officers that do handle mobile homes!!!

FYi - If you are looking to sell your house and you had SunPower for your Solar, start researching now who took it over. SunPower filed bankruptcy last year. The process to transfer takes longer the normal. We currently have a file that had SunPower, but got lost in the transfer and neither SunStong or Launch Servicing has it, so this process is going to take longer! If you have questions call your solar company, your agent or your escrow.
