Wrapped this one up a year ago. A skateway (skate driveway) squeezed into this tight space worked out pretty well, the owner is able to park a vehicle in the space and skate it. This was fun!

Well, it has taken a little over a year and a few pivots with the business plan. But I finally find myself and JMK Design & Co positioned to be operational again. With a good sized workshop Warehouse in and a nice new backed up with a lic we are ready to go!

For those of you who may be new, JMK Design & Co is a unique custom firm specializing in custom creations. I got my start early, being raised by a contractor in upstate New York, and building ramps a a skateboarder in my youth then taking that experience to building concrete all over the country and beyond.

Most of my adult life has been spent in high-end and doing construction. After building out a few of my own and having kids. I decided to focus my energy on the construction side. Which allows me the time to be a father on nights and weekends.
