We had a minor change to our ADU (accessory dwelling unit) HVAC system. Location for mini-splits were not to code even though the city approved the plans and location. We do our due diligence and code check prior to every process and inspection and caught this before it was too late. This would have been a nightmare if walls were stuccoed and drywalled.

Roof dried in on our Temecula ADU (accessory dwelling unit). Passed inspection and was applauded by the county inspector for quality of work which usually never happens. That’s what 35 years in the trades does for you if you keep an open mind and always willing to learn. Load the roof tile is next.
