It's our birthday and you're invited! Z-Ultimate Self Defense Studios Temecula is celebrating our 28th year of teaching the martial arts here in the Temecula Valley. On Saturday March 21st we are hosting an Open House from 10 am to 3 pm featuring:

👊Men's Sparring Class 10 - 11 am
👊Kids' Anti-Bully Class 11 am - 12 pm
👊Exciting martial arts demonstrations at 12:15 and 1 pm
👊Free 15-minute introductory classes all day
👊Bounce house for the kids
👊Enrollment discounts for all new students

Kids ages 5 - 12 are invited to attend this featured Anti-Bully Class as part of Z-Ultimate Self Defense Studios Temecula's 28-year anniversary open house. The class runs from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm and will be followed immediately by an exciting martial arts demonstration.

The class will feature:
👊 Striking drills
👊 Basic groundwork drills
👊 Application on a live attacker in a full combat suit
