I’m turning 50 today! Holy Cow I used to think 50 was old- and now I realize it is so much fun to be 50. I have dedicated the last decade to a tremendous amount of personal growth. I have chosen an intention annually and this year my intention is to lighten up!
This involves breaking some breakable rules ( running the odd yellow light, having a glass on wine on a Tuesday, finishing a detox with a beer !).
One of the big revelations I have had over the past few years is the prison I imposed on myself with so many “rules” and so much rigidity.
The inner work I have journeyed through has given me the permission I needed break out of that prison and to say good bye to my people pleaser and welcome my Empowered Inner Wise Woman!
Inner work can be daunting and it is also very rewarding. The ladies of KALM Connection and myself are here to support you and teach you what we have learned on our journeys.
