St. Barbara-Q

St. Barbara is the patron saint of the field artillery. As such, every year we take time to celebrate St. Barbara's Day. She is such an integral part of the field artillery that I named this company after her when I ended my Active Duty time as a Marine Artillery officer.

It was my honor and privilege to have the opportunity to cater 11th Marine Regiment's St. Barbara's Day dinner last week. These are the only two pictures I was able to take before my phone died and we were swamped with 550+ hungry Marines. Food was a big hit; here's hoping we can come back and do it again next year!

Late post, but we had a great time catering the 5/11 Change of Command a few weeks ago! Congratulations to LtCol Whitefield for a successful tour as Steel Rain 6 and good luck to LtCol Boston.

We had pulled pork, coleslaw, mac n cheese, and our homemade BBQ sauces on offer.

Had a great time catering the Grand Opening for the cheaper stuff store on Saturday! Pulled pork, pulled chicken, and coleslaw were big hits!
