Most stressors on a child’s nervous system aren’t obvious. They’re everyday things that quietly add up.
Noise, screens, schedule changes, missed sleep, constant input, emotional pressure, lack of movement… none of these seem like a big deal on their own. But together, they increase the load the nervous system has to carry.
And when that load gets too high, it shows up as meltdowns, poor sleep, reactivity, focus struggles, or feeling constantly “on edge.”
Most kids aren’t overreacting.
They’re overloaded.
In our office, we assess how much stress the nervous system is handling and how well it’s regulating under that load. When the system is supported, kids don’t have to work so hard to stay calm, focused, and adaptable.
If your child seems overwhelmed more often than not, it may be time to look deeper. Schedule an evaluation and let’s take a closer look at how their nervous system is functioning. 🌿

Breastfeeding depends on a synchronized pattern between the brain, cranial nerves, jaw and tongue movement, and breathing rhythm.
When that coordination is off, feeding can feel frustrating, tiring, or inconsistent for both baby and parent.
What looks like a latch issue or low supply is sometimes a nervous system organization issue happening in real time.
In our office, we assess how feeding is functioning, not just how it looks. When the nervous system and structure are working together, feeding often becomes more efficient and less stressful.
If feeding has felt harder than it should, it may be time to look deeper. Schedule an evaluation and let’s assess how your baby’s system is coordinating feeding. 🤍
