my newest song, “i know” is officially out on all platforms!! This is such a deeply personal song. I started writing it on a really hard day, one where I was questioning everything about myself and thinking that every compliment I’d ever gotten HAD to be a lie. I started writing the chorus almost as a response to the voices in my head — “yes I know I’m not good enough I get it just leave me alone”. I felt like the song could be really special, but I was too scared to finish writing it because of how vulnerable it was.

That’s when I met Bradley C Marshall, who joined me in the writing process and helped me figure out exactly what I was trying to say and how I wanted to say it. Brad, working on this was such a pleasure and I’m so grateful for your contribution. The song wouldn’t be what it is without you.

This track was a tremendous team effort all around. Thank you so much to Julian Schweitzer for his INCREDIBLE production. His work made the song sound as big as I heard it in my head 🙏🏾 thank you to the insanely talented AMALIA ✰ for lending her voice to the background vocals. I was blown away by what a difference her sound made to the finished product.
