Alliance Adventures

The Colorado Trail bike trip moves on! Day 5 and we have made it to Leadville. Some hard miles but some descents that have left Elliot Baglini and I laughing almost to tears.

We have felt so honored by all the support we have received, not only for ourselves, but especially for our fundraising effort for Outdoor Afro. We cannot thank everyone enough. We have been challenged to raise our bikes on top of mountain passes, take pictures of flowers, bike naked, and call our mothers. We've accomplished a few of these so far and here are some pictures to prove it.

If you have any more pledges for us, we will be back in service again tomorrow and will check one last time before our longest stretch to get to Silverton. From there it will only be a few more days until the end!

The hardest part is still in front of us, but we both feel invigorated and motivated to keep moving forward.
