As a first time mom I struggled getting my own baby to sleep! After 6 months of rocking, waking, soothing and everything under the sun I decided to hire a professional to help me learn how to sleep train my baby and foster a lifetime a healthy sleep habits for my child. I help babies become independent sleepers who put themselves to sleep and stay asleep! Parents now have their nights back to them

Traveling to a destination with a different time zone can be very tricky with little ones! To battle jet lag
1. Be sure to take advantage of the sunlight. Our bodies naturally want to be awake when it is light out so make sure to get baby up and out in the sunlight to help stay awake during daytime hours. 2. Avoid extra lengthily naps and stick to your schedule as best you can even if napping on the go! 3. Use meals and /or feedings to your advantage to help regulate baby’s day. Stick to regular feeding times .
4. Try to mimic your home environment as much closely possible. Pack that lovey and white noise machine or even trash bags for windows that let in too much light .
