This says so much!!! We need to put down our phones and think about how much this applies to our new generation
If your hands are hurting think about the way you sit and how many of your tasks are now done on the phone or computer. We are using the same muscles constantly. Try these easy techniques:
Take a break
Change the position of your neck
Stop holding your phone (prop it up or look at Lazy-Hands)
Stretch your hands out in front (palms in and then out)
Try the same above your head
Most important STOP AT PAIN
You might be your own best therapist.
