Temple Emeth's Annual Pride Shabbat will be held on Friday, June 12 at 8:00 pm.

In addition to special readings by members of the congregation, Josh Kohane will serve as our cantorial soloist.

Over 50 years ago, one mother decided to openly tell the world that she supported and loved her gay son. This act instigated the formation of PFLAG - Parents and Friends of Le****ns and G**s. Our Pride Shabbat speaker will be Philip Calabro, an educator and artist, who works as PFLAG NYC Program Coordinator for Community Education and Outreach. He/She is also part of PFLAG's Safe Schools team, working with students on grades K-12. Philip will speak about allyship and ways to support the LGBTQ community.

Please donate gift cards to grocery stores including Shoprite, Walmart, and Stop and Shop. They can be dropped off at the Temple office. Food and toiletries can also be donated for their ongoing collection for Bergen County.
