Real life lately looks a lot like getting myself ready, getting Daxton ready, grabbing my coffee, and trying to take care of myself before the day takes off. ☕️

Nothing fancy.

Just a few habits that help me feel my best:

✨ Coffee (that my husband brings me every morning before he leaves for work ❤️)
✨ A quick makeup routine
✨ Getting Daxton ready for the day
✨ My daily gut health routine

I didn't have time for my usual devotion this morning, which is one of my favorite parts of the day. When that happens, I make sure to connect with God through prayer and worship music on my way to work instead.

Some mornings go exactly as planned. Some require a little flexibility.

That's real life.

I've spent a lot of years thinking everything had to be perfect before I shared it. These days I'm learning that real life is enough.

What's one thing you do every morning that helps set the tone for your day?

My everyday makeup routine takes about 5 minutes. 😅

Powder.
Mascara.
Blush.

That's it.

I've never been a full-glam girl. I just want to look a little more awake and put together without spending a bunch of time getting ready.

Which is perfect because somehow I always end up carrying way more than I planned 😅

I'm all about simple, practical things that make busy life easier, and this one has definitely earned a permanent spot in my rotation.
