Innovative Renovations sd

We had the opportunity to help a family is Baltic make better use of there current home. Completely gutting the main floor of the home and reconfigured the floor plan. We move the stairs to a new location and gave them a more open concept, including a new kitchen bathroom, electric fireplace, new front deck and added and patio door out to the back yard with a deck! We even added two egress windows in the basement to give them a couple more bedrooms. This was a really fun project.

Stairs are relocated and the new floor plan is going in at our baltic remodel!

We finished up this awesome deck today!
Removed the old rotten deck on monday and finshed up the railings on the new one today!

Demo is complete and drywall has begun on the St. Dominic Catholic Church project.
