We have been serving discriminating guests from all over the world since 1994. Our area is steeped in the history of Abraham Lincoln but our town has been here since 1839 when it was founded by trappers and traders. Our inn was built as a private home for the family of David and Cordelia Hoover who owned a stage coach line which ran from Springfield, IL through Taylorville, IL to Shelbyville, IL.
