Opening: Dispatcher/Data Entry
Qualification:
Must have prior carrier bidding experience
Bilingual in Spanish and Romanian is a plus
Must have high school diploma/GED
2+ years experience preferred
We are seeking qualified Dispatchers that are experienced with multiple bid boards such as Expeditors, XPO, Ryder, and Active Aero as well as experienced in cold calling for loads. Multi-tasking and knowledge of cross border/brokerage for Mexico and Canada is necessary. As customer service is the backbone of any operation it is expected to have good problem-solving skills as well as a friendly personality.
Candidate must be willing to work a flexible schedule including afternoons, overnight and weekends. Starting salary/hourly pay is negotiable based on experience.
